Wow... I stink at this!!

I really really stink at this!!

My prayer for the Night!

The Day has finally come! The day that i have been praying for! Harvest 2011! Today I along with several other students will work all day in order to set up. After That we will welcome students from all around the lake area to the designated area in our high school parking lot. My prayer is that GOD will shower down(Not Rain Please)  his love for these students.

In Bible history we have been talking about self worth. How students these days are looking for love, acceptence, and someone to see them as, "All that and a bag of chips". I have a God, A God how see's every single one of them as WAYYYY more then a gressy bag of chips! My prayer is that tonight, Through The Chris Allen Band, and Mark Bailey, They will relize that there is a God who LOVES them FOR WHAT THEY ARE!

Gods Love! What else do we need! God is enough<---Check it!

My study through Exodus - Day 1 - Exodus 1

So the Israelites are having a lot of babies! and their new king doesn't like it. So they try some things to change that. But it doesn't work. So then he tells the Midwives to kill all the baby boys when they are born.
But here's my FAVE part.  Exodus 1:17-18 They had too much respect for God, and they didn't do as they were ordered! They just didn't do it!! Then guess what!! Exodus 1:20-21 God blessed them and gave them families of there owns!!
They respected God and disobeyed there king. Then God blesses them.

Recently God has been teaching me what it means to trust him and go with his plans! Its really hard sometimes when i see that almost everyone else around me has a boy friend or has something else that i don't have. Its hard. But I have to respect Gods plan. Don't get me wrong. I could get any guy! I could easily change everything about me and be a girl that guys would want to date. But i have faith that God has a plan for me and my life.

They don't tell you what happened to the midwives after they disobeyed. I don't think they got off on that easy, with a "ahahah your funny, you didn't do what i told you to, hahahah" No they probably got into some serious trouble BUT God rewarded them for there respect and gave them families of there own.

I have No doubt that I'm in that same boat. Its hard and sometimes i get really upset about the fact that i missing out on the experience of having a boy friend in high school. But you know what God has a plan for me and will reward me for my patients! :)

This is just the first night of my study through Exodus! I can't wait to see what God shows me tomorrow night!!

Is why a good question to ask?

This is a picture of me and my cousin Gracie. Shes four now and yes i love her to death! But, now that she is four her favorite thing to ask it WHY! Why can't I go out side by my self? Why can't i drink out of a big cup? Why can't you play dolly's with me for an hour? After answering this question she then says "But why?" This is a constant pattern that could happen up to 10 times in one visit!

Now I'm 17 years old and lately i have found my self asking the same question. WHY? God why? God why did that just happen? God why is this not happening? God Why can't it just go my way for once? Well taking it back to the 4 year old, the majority of the conversations always end with me saying "Because i said so" So guess what Gods response is to my question why? Jeremiah 18:4 But the pot he was shaping from the clay was marred in his hands; so the potter formed it into another pot, shaping it as seemed best to him.
Jeremiah 18:6-10 ⁶ He said, “Can I not do with you, Israel, as this potter does?” declares the LORD. “Like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in my hand, Israel. ⁷ If at any time I announce that a nation or kingdom is to be uprooted, torn down and destroyed, ⁸ and if that nation I warned repents of its evil, then I will relent and not inflict on it the disaster I had planned. ⁹ And if at another time I announce that a nation or kingdom is to be built up and planted, ¹⁰ and if it does evil in my sight and does not obey me, then I will reconsider the good I had intended to do for it.
God simply says "Because i said so" He has the power to do what he pleases!

When a four year old asked you this question it just becomes irritating. How do you think God feels when you ask his over and over again WHY? Well this is what i have read. Isaiah 45:9 “Woe to those who quarrel with their Maker, those who are nothing but potsherds among the potsherds on the ground? Does the clay say to the potter, ‘What are you making?’ Does your work say, ‘The potter has no hands’? Romans 9:20-21 But who are you, a human being, to talk back to God? “Shall what is formed say to the one who formed it, ‘Why did you make me like this?’”^{[a] 21} Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for special purposes and some for common use?
Basically i feel like God is asking us the same question. Why? Why do you keep asking why! Don't you know that i love you and Have a perfect plan for your life! Don't you know that i am here to love you and you just have to trust me!!

Lessons Learned!

This weekend was full of CRAZYNESS! Lets start with Friday night. My 17th birthday. Between the surprise of Ryan and Subway, to the breaking of the pinata! All in all it was an amazing night! There was great friends, Yummy Cake and even a little blood. We learned not to throw candy at Natalie cause she may throw a sucker back at you! And it may just end up hitting you in the eye and making it bleed! But enough on that! When everyone was gone us girls crawled into bed! Only to wake up the next morning at 6am to head to the MDA Walk at the Tyler mall! We had a blast!!! We also learned that its not easy to fit 6 girls into the photo booth! Pictures can be seen on Alex's Blog! Followed by us getting lost in Tyler for almost an hour!! :/ In the process of finding my way home i also learned that the things in Tyler that look like turning lanes... But have yellow strips in the middle and not turning lanes but medians! hahah Yeah go ahead and laugh We sure did!! But as i got home my day went from having a blast to an emotional rolicoster. I'm not going to go into detail because its not needed to show what i learned. But one thing i can say is Be careful what you say or don't say! I learned that when somebody says there sorry.... they are truly sorry. Even if you were extremely hurt by the actions or words, accept there apology! I almost lost one of my best friends this weekend! I will never do the same again! If your reading this! Tyler i freaking love you!! :)
 Life will always have its ups and downs but the amazing part of life is God will always teach you something through your trials!!! God is good! ALL THE TIME!!

What controls You!

When the bell rings we all jump out of our desk. As if what happens after the bell is something to be excited about. In some cases it is. The bell means that the class is over! No more sitting in that desk staring at the board and acting like you cared or even knew what the teacher was talking about! But then the same sound that 4 minutes ago made us spring into action, has us slumped back into the postion we were in when the first bell rang. With this it kinda seems like were controled by this bell.It tells us when to go and it tells up when to stop. How much more does media control what we do! Lets take The Secret Life of the American Teenager. Which according to The-Top-Ten.com is the most popular show for teenager today!
In this show you have a Teen Mom, whos Babys daddy is a sex addict, his play thing, the "christian girl" who by the end of season one had given up her beliefes so she wouldnt lose her boy friend and had sex, her boy friend who also gave in to temptaion. The Teen Moms little sister who has a gay best friend, not to forget the teen moms parents who one week are back together and the other week are split up, and the "christian girls" Mom who 1 mounth after she lost her husband is having sex with a new guy and talking about getting married...... So i ask the question again how much does media control the lifes of teenagers.  Nationally, nearly one million young women under age 20 become pregnant each year. That means close to 2800 teens get pregnant each day. Media Tells you that Sex is okay. Divorce i okay. Homosexuality is okay.  Just like the Bell is to tell us that its okay to get up and go to the next class! This is just one topic! Not to forget the girls who feel worthless because there not pretty or they dont have that figure or they dont, they dont, they dont. This world is full of you dont haves for girls!! Well heres my thought on that! Psalm 139:14 - I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well! If your reading this and fill like your worthless! You are Beautifull, you are loved and you were fearfully made by a God who LOVES you! But i also believe that girls giving them selfs away is partly to blame because of there always needing to be excepted! Girls who give it up feel loved by this guy and may even be afraid to lose him if they don't. Now days its bad if you DONT HAVE (oh look theres another one) a Boy friend! Sex,Drugs,Hatred,Lust, Jelousy, Glutny, lazeyness! There is not a day that goes by where i dont hear or see the 7 deadly sins played out in this place called high school! Much less played out on Tv or through Music! There is a song and if you havent heard it i encourage you to go listen to it! Its called Rebel by Lecrea! (If you dont like rap i encourage that you go and read the lyrics!) Simply it says that in this world rebeling in a bad thing! but if you really look at it When everybody is doing the same stuff(sex, Drugs ex.) Then the real Rebels are those who dont allow themselves to be controled by media! Romans 12:2 Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect. Good things come to those who wait!!! Live with Romans 12:2 on your mind!! :) Let God be in control of your life!! I dont promise that it will be easyer... BUT I promise it will be worth it!!

January 25th! The year begins!!

Im now 17! Its time i start a blog that not only shows my photography but my life!

I have a feeling that Year 17 is going to be an amazing year, and i want to remember ALL OF IT! :)

Today was an amazing day!!

My friends made so much fun!

-Starting with Lunch! Stephen and Tim along with Allison and Holly Sang at the top of there lungs in the most off pitch ever! Happy birthday! By time they were done every single person in the whole lunch room was either laughing or clapping! Gah i love my Friends!! :) It was so embarrassing But i loved it!

Then My Parents took me out to eat at The pizzeria!

It was good but the best part was when they gave me my present!

It was funny! But the best part was rocking out in the car!

So much fun!! :)

Practice was funny and alot of fun!!! I can't believe that opening night is tomorrow!!
